Product Specific Information

The eBioPE-DLF monoclonal antibody reacts with phycoerythrin (PE), PE-Cy5, and PE-Cy7, without cross-reactivity to fluorescein (FITC) or allophycocyanin (APC).
When used as a secondary antibody with an appropriate tertiary reagent, it binds PE-conjugated primary antibodies without reducing fluorescent intensity, ensuring no interference or quenching of the PE fluorochrome.

This antibody is suitable for cell separation or staining of PE-labeled cells.
Optimal concentration may vary depending on the density of the primary PE-conjugated antibody and the application.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes.
Recommended use ≤ 0.06 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell count may range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.
Careful titration is recommended for optimal performance.


Target Information

Anti-RPE (R-Phycoerythrin) antibodies are used to bind conjugated primary antibodies without decreasing fluorescent intensity of the RPE fluorochrome.
This method is useful for separation of cells labeled with RPE-conjugated antibodies.
