Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody m2a-15F8 recognizes Mouse IgG2a antibodies and can be used as a second-step reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
It does not cross-react with other mouse isotypes or rat immunoglobulins.
Reported applications include immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry.
Tested by IHC on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissue and by ICC on fixed MDCK cells.
Recommended usage: ≤10 µg/mL, titrate for optimal performance.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified reagents with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies and offer increased versatility across detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Secondary antibodies amplify signal sensitivity by binding multiple times to a single primary antibody.
Produced by immunizing the host animal with pooled mouse immunoglobulins, followed by purification and conjugation for high specificity.
