The eBioAPC-6A2 monoclonal antibody reacts with allophycocyanin (APC) and APC-Cy7, showing no cross-reactivity with fluorescein (FITC) or phycoerythrin (PE).
When used as a second-step antibody with an appropriate third step to bind an APC-conjugated primary antibody, it does not decrease the fluorescent intensity of the APC fluorochrome, ensuring no interference or quenching.
This antibody can be used for separation or staining of cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies.

Usage Notes:

• Optimal concentration may vary depending on the density of the primary APC-conjugated antibody and application.
• Reported application: Flow cytometric analysis.
• Tested on normal human peripheral blood cells stained with APC-conjugated antibody.
• Recommended usage ≤ 0.015 µg/test (in 100 µL final volume).
• Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
• Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Target Information

Anti-APC (Allophycocyanin) antibodies are used to bind APC-conjugated primary antibodies without reducing fluorescent intensity. This enables separation or detection of APC-labeled cells.
