Product Specific Information
The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and can be used as a second step reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy applications.
It does not recognize other mouse isotypes nor cross-react with rat IgG1 or any rat isotype antibodies.

Applications Tested:
Tested by immunocytochemistry on fixed and permeabilized cells using a mouse IgG1 primary antibody.
Recommended concentration ≤ 10 µg/mL; titrate for optimal assay performance.
