- For IHC applications, fixation with methanol or methanol/acetone is recommended.
- Sheep anti-Rat TGN38 antibody recognizes rat TGN38, a 357 amino acid single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein primarily localized in the trans-Golgi network.
- Serves as an excellent marker for this cellular organelle (Humphrey et al.).
Target Information
IASPP is one of the most evolutionarily conserved inhibitors of p53 (TP53; MIM 191170), whereas ASPP1 and ASPP2 are activators of p53.
