Target Information
IFIT3는 세포 및 바이러스 과정, 세포 이동, 증식, 신호전달 및 바이러스 복제를 억제하는 인터페론 유도 항바이러스 단백질입니다.
MAVS 매개 항바이러스 반응을 강화하며, TBK1과 MAVS를 연결하는 어댑터 역할을 수행하여 IRF3 인산화를 촉진합니다.
CDKN1A/p21 및 CDKN1B/p27을 상향 조절하여 세포 증식 억제 효과를 나타내며, COPS5의 세포질 격리를 통해 핵 내 CDKN1B/p27 수준을 증가시킵니다.
또한 MYC 억제를 통해 CDKN1A/p21을 증가시키며, IFIT2의 세포사멸 효과를 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
