Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 발현이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 NME1(A)과 NME2(B) 이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자에서 발생한 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이가 서로 다른 이소폼을 암호화하며, NME1과 NME2의 공동 전사는 두 유전자의 서열을 모두 포함하는 융합 단백질을 생성합니다.
