Target Information
ABL2 (Arg)는 세포 표면 수용체를 세포 증식 및 세포골격 재조직과 연결하는 Abl 관련 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 ABL1 단백질과 유사하며, 티로신 키나아제, SH2, SH3 도메인을 포함하고 있습니다.
C-말단의 F-actin 및 미세소관 결합 서열을 통해 세포골격 재배열에 관여합니다.
ABL2는 정상 세포와 종양 세포 모두에서 발현되며, 백혈병에서 ETV6 유전자와의 전좌에 관여합니다.
여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 존재하여 다양한 단백질 아이소폼을 생성합니다.
