Target Information
ABL2 (Arg)는 세포 표면 수용체를 세포 증식 및 세포골격 재구성과 연결하는 Abl 관련 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다. ABL2 유전자는 Abelson 계열의 비수용체 티로신 단백질 키나아제에 속하며, ABL1 단백질과 높은 유사성을 보입니다. 이 단백질은 티로신 키나아제, SH2, SH3 도메인을 포함하며, C-말단의 F-actin 및 미세소관 결합 서열을 통해 세포골격 재배열에 관여합니다. 정상 및 종양 세포 모두에서 발현되며, 백혈병에서 ETV6 유전자와의 전위에 관여합니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
