Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Heat shock proteins (HSP) are expressed in response to various biological stresses, including heat. HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein induced under stress conditions and is one of the most abundant cellular proteins under normal conditions.
HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones involved in:
- Signal transduction
- Protein folding and degradation
- Morphologic evolution
They associate with cochaperones and stabilize or refold denatured proteins after stress. HSP90 interacts with several intracellular proteins, including steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, aryl hydrocarbon (Ah) receptor, and kinases.
