• Applications Reported: Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
• Fluorochrome Info: eFluor® 506 can be excited with the violet laser line (405 nm) and emits at 506 nm. Recommended filter: 510/20 band pass or equivalent. Ensure instrument compatibility.
