Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by the CDKN3 gene belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It acts as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, interacting with and dephosphorylating CDK2 kinase, thereby preventing its activation.
CDKN3 has been reported to be deleted, mutated, or overexpressed in various cancers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have also been identified.
