Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It acts as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that interacts with and dephosphorylates CDK2 kinase, preventing its activation. CDKN3 has been reported to be deleted, mutated, or overexpressed in various cancers. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
