A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45959 was sufficient for detection of NOS1/Nnos in 7.5 µg of Mouse Brain Cerebellum by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 160.97 kDa.
Target Information
NOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase) 활성에는 호모다이머 형성뿐 아니라 세 가지 공동기질(L-arginine, NADPH, O₂)과 다섯 가지 보조인자(FAD, FMN, calmodulin, tetrahydrobiopterin, heme)가 필요합니다.
NOS에는 세 가지 주요 아이소폼이 있으며, 그중 NOS1(ncNOS)은 뉴런에서, NOS3(ecNOS)는 내피세포에서 처음 확인되었습니다.
