Target Information

Protein kinases transfer phosphate groups from donors (typically ATP) to substrate proteins, mediating signal transduction in eukaryotic cells. They regulate metabolism, transcription, cell cycle, cytoskeletal dynamics, apoptosis, and differentiation.
