Target Information
CALML3 may function as a specific light chain of unconventional myosin-10 (MYO10) and enhance MYO10 translation, possibly acting as a chaperone for the MYO10 heavy chain protein. It may also compete with calmodulin by binding to cellular substrates with different affinities.
