Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Spermatogenesis is regulated by extracellular and intracellular factors and cellular interactions among interstitial cells, Sertoli cells, and germ cells.
This gene is expressed in Sertoli cells but not in germ cells, and is absent in patients exhibiting spermatogenic arrest at the spermatocyte stage, which can lead to oligospermia or azoospermia.
The encoded proteins contain plant homeodomain (PHD) finger domains, also known as leukemia-associated protein (LAP) domains, involved in transcriptional regulation.
The protein localizes to the nucleus of transfected cells and is implicated in the transcriptional regulation of spermatogenesis. Two isoforms are encoded by transcript variants of this gene.
