For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.

Target Information

Spermatogenesis is regulated by extracellular and intracellular factors as well as interactions among testicular interstitial cells, Sertoli cells, and germ cells.
This gene is expressed in Sertoli cells but not in germ cells. Lack of expression has been observed in patients with spermatogenic arrest at the spermatocyte stage, which can lead to oligospermia or azoospermia.
The encoded proteins contain plant homeodomain (PHD) finger domains, also known as leukemia-associated protein (LAP) domains, involved in transcriptional regulation.
The PHF7 protein localizes to the nucleus and may play a role in transcriptional regulation during spermatogenesis. Two isoforms are produced from transcript variants of this gene.
