Target Information
TSC22 domain family member 3 protein (TSC22D3) is a leucine zipper protein functioning as a transcriptional regulator. Expression is stimulated by glucocorticoids and IL-10, playing a key role in anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. TSC22D3 interacts with and inhibits inflammatory mediators such as NF-κB and AP-1, and acts as a transcriptional co-activator for nuclear receptors. It is also implicated in mesenchymal stem cell differentiation into osteoblasts and bone formation.
