Target Information
TRAPPC10 (also known as TMEM1, EHOC1, GT334) is a 1,259-amino-acid protein involved in vesicular transport. Despite its name, it does not contain transmembrane domains. It is the human ortholog of yeast Trs130 and localizes to the cis-Golgi apparatus, functioning as part of the TRAPP complex for ER-to-Golgi transport. Mutations in TRAPPC10 may be associated with autoimmune polyglandular disease type 1 or Unverricht-Lundborg disease.
