Target Information
BRD4는 BET 단백질 계열에 속하는 핵 인산화 단백질로, 인간 MCAP의 상동체입니다. 두 개의 N-말단 bromodomain, 중심 ET-domain, 그리고 여러 kinase-like motif를 포함합니다. 두 가지 isoform으로 존재하며, 긴 형태는 praline 및 glutamine이 풍부한 C-말단 영역을 가집니다. BRD4는 성장 자극에 반응하여 발현이 유도되며, 세포 주기 동안 RFC 및 SPA-1과 같은 단백질과 상호작용하여 세포 성장과 염색체 역학을 조절합니다. 또한 BRD4는 유두종바이러스의 E2 단백질의 세포 표적 역할을 합니다.
