Product Specific Information
- For IHC on PFA-fixed tissues: incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Formalin-fixed tissues require heating in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, α 사슬(150 kDa)과 β 사슬(120 kDa)로 구성된 인테그린 패밀리 단백질입니다.
CD103은 말초혈액 및 림프조직의 휴지기 림프구 중 약 0.5–2%에서 발현되며, 골수세포 일부 및 드물게 말초혈액 림프구에서도 검출됩니다.
ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화 결합된 중쇄 및 경쇄를 형성하는 α 인테그린을 암호화합니다.
β7 인테그린과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 인테그린인 인간 점막 림프구 항원-1을 형성하며, 장 상피 내 림프구(IEL)에서 주로 발현됩니다.
접착 기능 외에도 IEL 활성화의 보조 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 모발세포백혈병(hairy cell leukemia) 및 비장 변연부 림프종(splenic marginal zone lymphoma)과 관련이 있습니다.
