Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 림프구 및 활성화된 세포에서 발현되는 분자로, TGF-β1 세포의 일부에서도 발견됩니다.
CD103은 150 kDa α 사슬과 120 kDa β 사슬로 구성된 인테그린 가족 단백질이며, α 사슬은 세포외 도메인에서 절단되어 이황화 결합된 중쇄와 경쇄를 형성합니다.
β7 인테그린과 결합하여 인간 점막 림프구-1 항원(E-cadherin 결합 인테그린)을 형성합니다.
CD103은 주로 장내 상피 내 림프구(IEL)에 발현되며, 접착뿐 아니라 IEL 활성화에 관여할 수 있습니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 hairy cell leukemia 및 splenic marginal zone lymphoma와 관련이 있습니다.
