Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the regulator of G protein signaling family. It inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits and may regulate signaling kinetics in the phototransduction cascade.
