Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

FBXO31 belongs to the F-box protein family, characterized by a ~40 amino acid F-box motif.
SCF complexes (comprising SKP1, cullin, and F-box proteins) function as protein-ubiquitin ligases.
F-box proteins interact with SKP1 through the F-box domain and with ubiquitination targets via other protein interaction domains.
