Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RNPEP acts as an exopeptidase that selectively removes arginine and/or lysine residues from the N-terminus of peptide substrates such as Arg(0)-Leu-enkephalin, Arg(0)-Met-enkephalin, and Arg(-1)-Lys(0)-somatostatin-14. It can also hydrolyze leukotriene A4 (LTA-4) into leukotriene B4 (LTB-4).
