- 실온에서 방치 후 혼탁한 경우 원심분리하여 사용하십시오.
- 희석은 즉시 사용 직전에만 수행하십시오.
- 면역전기영동(IEP) 분석 결과, anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Streptavidin에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 나타냈으며, Avidin에 대해서는 반응하지 않았습니다.

Streptavidin은 Streptomyces avidinii에서 정제된 4량체 단백질로, 비타민 Biotin과 매우 강하게 결합합니다 (Kd ≈ 10⁻¹⁴ mol/L). 이러한 높은 친화력은 Streptavidin을 진단 및 실험실 키트의 핵심 구성 요소로 만듭니다.
