Target Information
The TSC22 domain family member 3 protein (TSC22D3) is a leucine zipper protein functioning as a transcriptional regulator. Expression of TSC22D3 is stimulated by glucocorticoids and IL-10, playing a key role in anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive responses.
TSC22D3 interacts with and inhibits NF-Kappa-B and AP-1 signaling mediators, acts as a transcriptional co-activator for nuclear receptors and NF-Kappa-B, and is involved in mesenchymal stem cell differentiation toward osteoblasts and bone formation.
