Qdot™ 나노결정은 반도체 소재로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광표백이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, Qdot 형광체는 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 높은 밝기를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 결합할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상을 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용하여 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 추가적인 정제 및 변형(면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제작됩니다.
