Product Specific Information
Qdot™ nanocrystals are semiconductor-based fluorescent particles that are exceptionally bright and resistant to photobleaching. When paired with appropriate optical filters, Qdot nanocrystals can be up to 50 times brighter than traditional organic dyes.

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and exhibit high specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are widely used for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies enhance assay versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically produced by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
