Qdot 나노결정은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색되지 않는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, Qdot 나노결정은 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 밝은 형광 신호를 제공합니다.

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에 적용 가능하며, 1차 항체에 다수의 2차 항체가 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 숙주 동물에 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생산되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 추가 정제 및 변형을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제조됩니다.
