Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Tyrosinase는 tyrosine을 melanin으로 전환하는 과정의 첫 두 단계 및 이후 한 단계를 촉매하는 효소입니다. 이 효소는 tyrosine hydroxylase 및 dopa oxidase 활성을 가지며, 기능을 위해 구리가 필요합니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 oculocutaneous albinism을 유발할 수 있으며, 비병리학적 다형성은 피부 색소 변이에 영향을 줍니다. 인간 게놈에는 이 유전자의 3' 절반과 유사한 pseudogene이 존재합니다.
