Reconstitution: Add 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C, protected from light, for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).

CHRFAM7A, a fusion protein comprised of FAM7A and AChR alpha7, is encoded by the CHRFAM7A gene, located on a region of chromosome 15 associated with neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder.
CHRFAM7A (also known as D-10 or CHRNA7) is a 412 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) subfamily of ligand-gated ion channel proteins. It mediates signal transmission at synapses and is expressed in the hippocampus.
Alternative splicing of the CHRFAM7A gene produces two splice variants.
