Target Information
RIP1 (Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1)는 염증 반응 및 세포 사멸 신호를 전달하는 단백질로, TNF 수용체 활성화, 병원체 인식 수용체(PRRs) 자극, DNA 손상 등에 의해 활성화됩니다. TNFR1 활성화 시 TRADD 및 TRAF2가 수용체에 결합하며, RIP1은 DAB2IP를 Ser-728에서 인산화하여 MAP3K5-JNK 세포사멸 경로를 활성화합니다. TRAF2에 의한 Lys-63 연결 유비퀴틴화는 NF-κB 및 MAPK 경로 활성화의 핵심 조절 단계로 작용합니다. 또한 RIPK3와의 결합을 통해 괴사성 세포사멸 복합체를 형성합니다.
