Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by the CD70 gene is a cytokine belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family.
It acts as a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27 and is expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes, but not on resting cells.
Functions include:
- Induction of proliferation in costimulated T cells
- Enhancement of cytolytic T cell generation
- Contribution to T cell activation
- Regulation of B-cell activation, NK cell cytotoxicity, and immunoglobulin synthesis
