- Percent identity with other species (BLAST analysis):
Human (100%), Gorilla/Gibbon/Monkey (95%), Marmoset/Mouse/Panda (84%) - For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.

This seven-transmembrane protein acts as the receptor for fractalkine and mediates leukocyte migration and adhesion.
