Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) regulate intracellular cyclic nucleotide levels by hydrolyzing cAMP and/or cGMP to their respective nucleoside 5′-monophosphates.
Members of the PDE1 family, including PDE1A, are Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent enzymes activated by calmodulin in the presence of Ca²⁺ (Michibata et al., 2001).
