Target Information
LRRK2는 kinase domain, GTPase domain, leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain을 포함하는 다중 도메인 단백질입니다. LRRK2 유전자의 변이는 파킨슨병과 연관되어 있으며, 주로 세포질에 존재하지만 미토콘드리아 외막과도 결합합니다.
이 단백질은 ankyrin repeat, leucine-rich repeat, kinase, DFG-like motif, RAS, GTPase, MLK-like, WD40 domain을 포함합니다.
