LRRK2는 kinase domain, GTPase domain, leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain 등을 포함하는 다중 도메인 단백질입니다. LRRK2 유전자의 돌연변이는 파킨슨병과 연관되어 있으며, 세포질에 주로 존재하지만 미토콘드리아 외막과도 관련됩니다. LRRK2는 leucine-rich repeat kinase family에 속하며 ankyrin repeat, kinase domain, DFG-like motif, RAS domain, MLK-like domain, WD40 domain 등을 포함합니다.
