Product Specific Information
- Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
- Centrifuge to remove particulates.
- Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- 1 year shelf life from date of receipt.
- Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins, light chains on all human immunoglobulins, human IgG F(ab')₂ fragment, or serum proteins from bovine, horse, mouse, or rabbit.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of human targets.
Secondary antibodies offer versatility across detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and conjugation for high specificity.
