Product Specific Information
- This antibody does not react with mouse.
- Membrane permeabilization is required for flow cytometry applications.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation (Endotoxin level <0.01 EU/µg).
- Mouse anti-Bovine Interleukin-12/23 antibody, clone CC301 recognizes the p40 subunit of bovine interleukin-12 and binds to both the free subunit and the intact heterodimer.
Target Information
IL-12 p70 (Interleukin-12) is a cytokine crucial for immune responses against infections and cancer. It is produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells in response to pathogens and tumor cells. IL-12 p70 promotes interferon-gamma production and activates T cells and NK cells. It is studied as a potential therapeutic target for infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer due to its ability to enhance immune responses and modulate inflammation.
