• This antibody does not react with mouse.
• Membrane permeabilization is required for flow cytometry applications.
• For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation (Endotoxin level <0.01 EU/µg).
• Mouse anti-Bovine Interleukin-12/23 antibody, clone CC301 recognizes the p40 subunit of bovine interleukin-12 and binds to both the free subunit and the intact heterodimer.

Target Information

IL-12 p70 (Interleukin-12) is a cytokine crucial for immune responses against infections and cancer.
