Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Directed against human RNF25 protein and also recognizes mouse RNF25. Reactivity against homologues from other species has not been determined.
Target Information
The RNF25 protein contains a RING finger motif. The mouse counterpart interacts with Rela (p65 subunit of NF-kappaB) and modulates NF-kappaB-mediated transcription activity. It also binds ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2s) and serves as a substrate for E2-dependent ubiquitination.
