Product Specific Information
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c (integrin alphaX). CD11c forms a heterodimer with beta2 integrin (CD18). It is expressed on dendritic cells, intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. CD11c/CD18 interacts with CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion.

Target Information
CD11 and CD18 form heterodimeric adhesion molecules.
- CD11a: Expressed in B/T lymphocytes, macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils
- CD11b: Found in monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, some B/T cells, granulocytes
- CD11c: Expressed in monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, some granulocytes, and a subset of lymphocytes
