This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Catalyzes the initial reaction in O-linked oligosaccharide biosynthesis by transferring an N-acetyl-D-galactosamine residue to a serine or threonine residue on the protein receptor.
Has a broad substrate spectrum for peptides such as EA2, Muc5AC, Muc1a, Muc1b.
Probably involved in O-linked glycosylation of the immunoglobulin A1 (IgA1) hinge region.
