Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
GBA3 (cytosolic beta-glucosidase; EC 3.2.1.21) is a predominantly liver enzyme that efficiently hydrolyzes beta-D-glucoside and beta-D-galactoside, but not any known physiologic beta-glycoside, suggesting a role in detoxification of plant glycosides.
GBA3 also exhibits significant neutral glycosylceramidase activity (EC 3.2.1.62), indicating involvement in a nonlysosomal catabolic pathway of glucosylceramide metabolism.
