Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

ADAMTS-1 belongs to the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) family.
Members share several distinct domains, including:
- Propeptide region
- Metalloproteinase domain
- Disintegrin-like domain
- Thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif
ADAMTS-1 contains two disintegrin loops and three C-terminal TS motifs and exhibits anti-angiogenic activity.
Its expression is associated with inflammatory processes and cancer cachexia, and it is necessary for normal growth, fertility, and organ morphology/function.
