For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

TCF12 (also known as HTF4) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) E-protein family that recognizes the consensus binding site (E-box) CANNTG.
It is expressed in skeletal muscle, thymus, B- and T-cells, and regulates lineage-specific gene expression via heterodimer formation with other bHLH E-proteins.
TCF12, together with E2A, blocks thymocyte proliferation before pre-TCR expression and is essential for proper T cell differentiation.
It also plays a critical role in the development of invariant natural killer T cells.
