Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TCEAL1 (transcription elongation factor A (SII) protein 3), also known as p21, SIIR or pp21, is a member of the TFS-II family. These transcription elongation factors help release RNA polymerase II (Pol II) from transcriptional arrest by activating its intrinsic RNA cleavage activity. This activity enables Pol II to cleave the nascent transcript and resume elongation.
TCEAL1 is a 157-amino-acid nuclear protein expressed ubiquitously and may regulate transcription through protein-protein interactions rather than direct DNA binding.
