Product Specific Information
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining using a 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
After retrieval, incubate samples with the primary antibody for 10 minutes at room temperature.
A suggested positive control is gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
Target Information
DOG-1, a novel marker, is expressed ubiquitously in gastrointestinal stromal tumors irrespective of kit or PDGFR alpha mutation status.
