Target Information
ADRBK2 (adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2), also known as GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function. GRK3 shares 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, with 95% similarity in the catalytic domain. ADRBK2 mRNA is approximately 8 kb and shows a distribution similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases that broadly regulate receptor function.
